We use the information submitted through the service to:

• Generate your personalized CRM Health and AI Readiness report.
• Send the report and communications directly related to the assessment.
• Improve the assessment framework using aggregated and anonymized data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. If you created an account, you can use the account deletion option in your profile to permanently remove your assessments and contact information from our systems.
